LinkSports
Privacy Center

Your privacy controls, rights, and data-use commitments in one place.

LinkSports connects players, guardians, coaches, scouts, fans, and supporters. This center explains how the platform handles personal information, optional consent, youth privacy, processors, breach contact, and privacy requests.

Policy and legal versions

The platform Privacy Policy is versioned through the LinkSports legal system. Users are re-prompted when the active Privacy Policy materially changes, and optional consent remains separate from Terms acceptance.

How to make a request

Authenticated users can submit privacy requests in the app under Privacy & Consent. You can also contact the privacy team by email. LinkSports targets a 30-day response SLA and will explain any lawful retention or extension.

Breach contact

Report suspected unauthorized access, exposed media, misdirected exports, or vendor incidents to the privacy contact immediately. LinkSports records privacy breaches, assesses real risk of significant harm, and prepares OPC and individual notices when required.

Your privacy requests

  • Access/export the personal information LinkSports holds about you.
  • Request correction or add a disputed-data note.
  • Request deletion or anonymization where lawful retention does not apply.
  • Withdraw optional consent for analytics, marketing, personalization, ads, AI/video processing, or third-party measurement.
  • Challenge our compliance or submit a privacy complaint.

Consent choices

  • Analytics and third-party measurement events start denied until you grant consent.
  • AppsFlyer measurement, install attribution, customer IDs, and registration events start only after third-party measurement consent is granted. Before that, referral or shared-content links use necessary app routing without AppsFlyer measurement.
  • Marketing email, marketing push, personalized ads, personalization, and AI/video processing are separate choices.
  • Withdrawing consent can turn off analytics, recommendations, marketing delivery, personalized ads, or AI video features tied to that consent. Free-tier in-app ads may still be contextual when platform policy allows them.

Children and youth

  • Under-18 players require guardian approval before full access.
  • Under-13 accounts use explicit guardian consent language.
  • Guardian consent covers account creation, public profile/content, videos, rankings, analytics, AI analysis, donations/wallet features where applicable, and guardian visibility.
  • Guardian revocation requests document consequences for account access and downstream data handling.
